Calibration
To correct a calibration, enter the slope and offset applied to the loaded data (e.g. programmed in the data logger) and the desired instrument slope and offset. The correction factor is calculated according to the rules described in the calculation reference then applied for you.
The time series data in WindFarmer are saved as they were imported and calibrations are applied as the data are loaded in to memory for calculations. This means you can always remove calibrations and return to the original data.
Wind vanes wired backwards
WindFarmer: Analyst can correct wind direction data where the vane has been wired up backwards by entering a logger slope of -1.
Merge-displayed
This function merges any alike and adjacent-in-time calibrations for each measurement in the current view. It can be useful after certain data loading actions.
